How it Works

Once we receive your booking inquiry, we'll check our calendar and make sure we're free for your dates (we're a small team so we like to make sure from the get-go.) Then, we'll reach out to set up a video chat. This is our chance to learn about your pet's needs, and ensure we're all set to provide them with fantastic care!

Then, we’ll meet in person. This 30 minute meeting is a great time to show us where the leashes, litter boxes, and extra treats are. It’s also our chance to show your pets that we are safe people you trust to care for them.

Dates are held for 24 hours after the meet & greet to allow time for payment to be made and agreement to be signed. 

On the big day, we'll arrive as planned, ready to connect with your pets. We’ll tune in and help them feel comfortable with new friends in their house. Then, we’ll have as much fun as we can together before you get back.​​​​​​​​

While you're away, expect a steady stream of updates, pictures, and videos from us. We’ll take care of everything so you can relax and enjoy your trip, knowing everything at home is in capable hands.

We’ll make sure everyone is fed, walked, and happy before we depart, so you can return to a sparkling home and happy pets.
